what is a letter club and why should i subscribe?
a letter club is a subscription-based service where members receive curated, physical, handmade items via traditional post mail on a recurring basis.
each month will vary in theme and content. lovebug letter club is based in an exploration of history, culture, and learning. each letter pack will be thoughtfully curated following a certain theme or topic, with contents including, but not limited to, a letter, handmade prints, crosswords, stickers, recipes, etc.
when is the cut off to sign up?
those who subscribe from the 1st to the 20th of the current month will receive the next month's send-out.
signing up on or after the 21st will subscribe you to the following month.
(e.g. sign up march 1st -20th, receive april. sign up march 21st - 31st, receive may.)
where does it ship to and from?
lovebug letter club proudly ships to every country and region in the world, excluding israel.
all letters and their contents are created and mailed in penticton, british columbia, canada.
when will my letter come?
letters are sent out on the 1st of every month, and will arrive to your mailbox based on standard post wait times. please contact us if your wait time is longer than 4 weeks and believe your letter has been lost.
how much is shipping?
shipping is currently free for all founding members of lovebug letter club.
